TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All graphic design requests have a minimum 3-5 business day turnaround unless otherwise discussed with our design team and agreed to by a signed contract for the project. Any design request requiring quicker turnaround is subject to an additional rush fee. Graphic design projects are given up to 1 round of revisions without incurring additional fees.

2. Design turnaround begins when DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED and ALL content (images, information, links, etc.) for the project has been supplied to our creative team. All projects $400 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning the project. Projects $400 or less must be paid in full, prior to beginning any job unless otherwise discussed with our design team and agreed to by a signed contract for the project.
3. Do we offer printing services? Yes. We work with vendors to ensure top quality is delivered for a wide range of print materials at affordable rates.
- Lyon Web Designs is NOT responsible for any grammatical errors or other print related issues for print materials.
- We will not be financially responsible for reprints or refunds if errors are discovered after the product is sent into production.
- We are not responsible for lateness of delivery/shipping to the client once the product has been ordered.

4. If the content for the development and completion of your project has not been sent to us within 30-60 days of beginning your project, we have the right to cancel the project via formal letter and/or email to avoid longstanding projects.
Other terms & conditions vary and will be outlined in project contracts to be reviewed at the time of signing our agreements.
